Artist Statement
I have been painting since childhood, drifting between reality and imagination for over a decade—always in search of one quiet answer:
Have the things I see in my dreams ever been seen by someone else?
Since July 2024, I’ve devoted myself fully to oil painting. My years of experience in concept design have allowed me to construct a more detailed and immersive world of fantasy.
My work often centers around the forest—a space that feels both gentle and lonely. It carries traces of Eastern mythology, fragments of childhood dreams, and emotions buried deep in the subconscious that words cannot express.
I have painted white dragons—guardians and guides for the lost. They carry no judgment; I simply encountered them by chance, at the right moment.
I have painted giant fish and small beasts sleeping within the forest—shadows of the subconscious, blurred yet real.
And I have captured fleeting impressions of nature, where only color, light, and the slow breath of time remain.
Another series features glowing deities—figures that step beyond the forest and into a different realm. These divine beings are drawn from childhood dreams and the quiet echoes of ancestral beliefs. By weaving together faded memories and instinctive imagery, I aim to reveal the spiritual longing and archetypal symbols that connect us across cultures.
To my viewers, my work offers a silent kind of resonance—something private, shared only between us.
I know you long for mountains and freedom, so I paint the mythical creatures that dwell among them.
Though we may never have walked the same path, nor seen a dragon dive into the sea, perhaps we have met—just briefly—inside the painting.
When you see the white dragon drifting through layers of mist, or meet the gaze of a figure that reflects your innermost belief,
I cannot predict what emotion will rise within you—
but I hope it brings a moment of true peace.
And when your gaze returns to your own feet,
perhaps you’ll realize:
the maze was never real—you’ve simply been standing still.
